Frequently Asked Questions

If I agree to a meeting to discuss selling will I be pressured in any way?

There is NO CHARGE for our meetings. They are FREE with no obligation. No pressure will be put on you to make a decision.

There is no cost to you either. However it is important that we visit your site so we can get a proper valuation.

At this time we can discuss how to proceed with you.

How long is this initial meeting?

20 to 30 minutes. This gives us time fto evaluate the site, explain to you how we work, discuss options with you, ascertain your requirements, and take some initial measurements.

After the initial meeting we aim to come back to you within 7 days with proposals and a suggested price based upon our valuation of the land.

What involvement do I have in the planning process?

Your approval is needed with any scheme prior to our submitting it to the planning authorities. So you need to be happy with the size of properties being built and their layout.

When you get your quotation we will also tell you of our development intentions. IUsually clients are happy but if you are not completely happy we can look at different options.

Who will be building on the site?

Plots4Build have partners who specialise in gaining planning permissions. We are not developers and will not personally build or oversee the building project.

How do Plots4Building make their money?

The process can be both time consuming and costly, therefore it is something many builders and developers do not wish to have the burden of paying. We make our living from the developers, who need to purchase land with permissions and without any hazzle.

Will I be kept informed of the progress?

You will be kept informed of the development throughout the whole process. You will always have a known contact to find out what is the current status of your project.
