Advertising Terms

1. Inform Plots4Building.com if they are not the owners of the land or redevelopment site.

2. Agree to provide Plots4Buildingwith details of all other companies advertising the site, estate agents and websites.

3. Any introductions of prospective purchasers arising directly or indirectly from introductions made via Plots4Building.com website will be disclosed to Plots4Building.com.

4. On completion of any sales resulting from viewings of data disclosed via Plots4Building.com the Buyer(s) will agree to pay 1% of the purchase price or £500.00 which ever is the greater. We ask your solicitor dealing with the sale to collect the 1% on our behalf and Plots4Building will cover any additional costs involved in collecting their money and forwarding it to them at their registered office: Midland Street, Accrington, Lancashire, United Kingdom, 7BB5 2AX

5. Registrants agree that they will not directly or indirectly circumvent the rights of Plots4Building to receive its said commission and that, In the event of successfully completing a sale as a result of data displayed on this website or subsequently disclosed in more detail by Plots4Building (and being thereby introduced to the party buying) agree to disclose to Plots4Building.com full particulars of the purchasing party.

6. References to “Plots4Building” and Plots4Building.com” are synonymous for the purposes of interpretation of the rights to receive any commission payable or information to be disclosed under this agreement.

7. This agreement if transmitted by email shall be deemed as an original and legally binding as such.

8. This agreement shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales.

9. If we introduce a buyer we expect your Solicitor to collect the 1% commission our clients have agreed to pay us and we will pay any additional costs involved. Before contracts are exchanged we require your Solicitor's details to enable us to present our invoice.
